Each year, WyHy recognizes two outstanding student members who demonstrate academic excellence and show a commitment to their communities via extracurricular activities and achievements.
To be eligible for one of two (2) $1,500 scholarships for the 2017-2018 school year, applicants must:

Be a member with a share savings account as a primary or joint owner for at least a year.

Be registered, or planning to register, as a full time student in a U.S. accredited undergraduate college, university, or technical school.

Not be an employee or relative of an employee. Volunteers and relatives of Volunteers are also not eligible.

Fill out scholarship application.
Completed application form, together with a transcript of high school or college grades (whichever is most current), most recent ACT scores, and a list of extracurricular activities and achievements may be submitted via mail to:

Applications may also be dropped off at one of our branches.
Applications and required documentation must be received by the Scholarship Chairman by April 30 of each year or they will not be considered.
